Polish Ambassador JANUSZ REITER and his wife HANNA flank Rep. TOM DAVIS and his wife JEANNEMARIE DEVOLITES at the Institute for Education’s celebration of “Civility: The Politics of Common Ground” on September 25 at the Polish embassy residence. Davis and Mayor Anthony Williams were honored for their bipartisan cooperation in the Washington region.
