It was wonderful to welcome IFE’s diplomatic friends, White House Presidential Innovation Fellows, and IFE leadership to the beautiful, historic Congressional Country Club Great Lawn. After a year of Zoom, this was the first time most were meeting each other in person. The informal and lively gathering was held safely outdoors, and Seabreezes (CCC’s signature adult beverage) and a snack bar dinner made festive summer fare. Coach Kathy Kemper gave a brief history of Congress and the Club’s founding, with the backdrop of the beautiful venue and stunning sunset.
