Mayor Williams joined National Symphony Orchestra Music Director Leonard Slatkin this morning in a rousing rendition of “Take Me Out to the Ballgame.” Joining Mayor Williams was Coach Kathy Kemper, founder of the Institute for Education (IFE) and TV commentator Morton Kondracke. During the IFE’s monthly INFO breakfast, Mayor Williams gave a key to the city to Slatkin and delivered his eighth annual address to the group.
